A general topic for my thesis right now is Xeriscape and Water Conservation in the Lubbock area. I have the opportunity to design a SmartScape Demonstration Garden for the City of Lubbock at the Fox 34 station.

The installation of the hardscape was completed November 18, 2006 and the plants were planted April 28, 2007. See below for links to pictures from both days. Fox 34 has been documenting the whole process. Please check back for video of what is happening at the site.
