T-Shirt Contest
As part of this conference, we will have a T-Shirt design contest with an award of $100. This T-Shirt will be sold and given out at the conference, and it will be available through this website. Please observe the following criteria for design submissions:
- Submissions must be in reproducible electronic format such as PDF or Photoshop PSD.
- The deadline for submission of the design is May 1, 2009.
- The design must include graphics on both front and back of the shirt.
- The design must incorporate a logo featuring both an early 20th Century windmill typical of the South Plains Area and a modern wind turbine.
- The date, location, and title of the conference (i.e. June 12-13, 2009, Texas Tech University, and "Blowin' in the Wind: The Future of Wind Turbine Farms," respectively) must be on both the front and back of the shirt.
- Multicolors are acceptable.
Please note that all graphics will be property of the conference committee upon submission.

The awarding of the $100 prize will occur at the reception on Friday evening, June 12, 2009, at a location still to be determined (though it will certainly be in Lubbock's Depot District). You need not be a registrant of the conference to submit design solutions, nor must you be present at the awards reception. We look forward to your submissions.
